I can confirm this, I have the same problem. I have only one external monitor attached to MBP Retina 15". Usually NetBeans starts in the Retina screen, but I drag it to the external one because of the scroll bug #237724. I cannot move it above half of the screen, once I release the click it is back on the second half. I can also attach a video, but it is exactly what @codebite added. What fixes it for me, is click on the green maximize button once, it goes full screen, click it again and then it works as expected. Created attachment 151946 [details] Video where you see the bug I'm unable to fill the whole screen with NetBeans. It minimizes to half screen every time I try to maximize it. I use three screens and this bug only occurs on second screens, not on the main screen. I deleted all NetBeans settings (.netbeans in home directory and Application Support -> NetBeans folder) without success. No problem with other Java applications, running JRE 1.8.0_25 from Oracle.
