How to reproduce: call "New Wizard" by <Ctrl>-N, Now select any template from the bottom of list ("XML and DTD" for example) now press <Alt>-T. Focus will go to "Template Description" which is not editable field and selection in "Select a Template" will move to unvisible at this moment node "Templates". It should not leave node "XML and DTD"
