Sometimes, especially when debugging a web app, the debugger can't be stopped via buttor nor nia ctrl-f5

Michael, can you please generate a full thread dump [1] when this happens? This is too little information to fix this bug. Thanks.

Most probably this is a duplicate of issue #201348.
Please check in a newer build.
