Description esmithbss 2010-10-04 22:15:04 UTC
Product Version = NetBeans IDE 6.9.1 (Build 201007282301)
Operating System = Windows XP version 5.1 running on x86
Java; VM; Vendor = 1.6.0_20
Runtime = Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM 16.3-b01

If you open a dialog and display it on a secondary monitor (example: an external monitor for a notebook), then terminate NetBeans and remove the monitor (even restart the machine), and subsequently open NetBeans when the external monitor is unavailable, the dialog is displayed off the side of the screen instead of being relocated to the existing monitor.
