sorry, somehow the attachment did not attach java version "1.6.0_17" Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.6.0_17-b04) Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM (build 14.3-b01, mixed mode, sharing) Is this reproducible? Does it happen always you start NB? Anyway, could you please to run NB with fresh user directory? http://wiki.netbeans.org/FaqAlternateUserdir yes. It is reproducible and happens each time I start NB. I have zipped my user dir in a "good" state and unzip it when the user dir becomes corrupted again.
