Steps to reproduce:
- Format the code

var names  =  ["Evelyn","Will"];

insert 'Marsha' into names;
insert ['Ron', 'Melissa' ] before names[1];
insert 'Daz' after names[3];

-----------------------------------------

The result is
-----------------------------------------
var names = ["Evelyn", "Will"];

insert 'Marsha' into names;
insert ['Ron', 'Melissa'] before names
   [1];
insert 'Daz' after names[3];
-----------------------------------------
