Description komazaki 2008-12-09 10:44:15 UTC
JCAPS6.0u1 20081201-0636 on ja_JP.UTF-8 env.

Please refer attach. The Japanese in popup help is invalid.

The EN strings is
   "Instance of simpleType: String"

So they should be displayed like
   "simpleType: string のインスタンス"

Reassigning to xml for evaluation.
Comment 3 Ken Frank 2008-12-15 03:16:42 UTC
could be a translation situatuon ? if so would go in l10n category i think.
Comment 4 komazaki 2008-12-15 04:56:32 UTC
No this is a kind of I18n issue. Because I don't see source code, so I'm not sure
but I think En strings are constructed with following strings
   msg1 = "Instance of "
   msg2 = "simplaType: String"

Then show "msg1 + msg2"

But in Japanese, there are two candidate for translation in this case:
1. If this means "The String is a instance name of simpleType",
   Japanese should be "simpleType のインスタンス: String".

2. If this means "The simplaType: String is name of instance",
   Japanese should be "simpleType: String のインスタンス"
