- RightClick on any tab in MW and choose "Customize Workspaces"
- Expand any item in Tree and show popup menu on node represeting
  window or windows group

-> There are actions : 
  Cut,  Copy,  Properties

 but it's possible delete this node from keyboard ( Key "Delete" ).
This Actions should be synchronized.

seems to me like explorer issue, workspaces are shown in regular
explorer tree view.

Probably delete action is not properly marked as disabled for these
types of nodes. Remember that workspace nodes should be converted to
data object based nodes. (see 17590)
