using pseudo localized nb in ja locale, using fontsize 14

bring up ftp upload window, some text overlaps other text
see gifs, first one is showing overlap, 2nd one is after resize
but user should not need to resize.

these issues are not about length of the translated string but
usually that layout managers not used so that window or components
do dynamic resizing.

I probably won't find a time to fix this issue in 6.5 time frame.

Could be fixed thanks to the new dialog for Upload/Download.
