Martin, I'm not sure what exactly you have in mind. "expand recursively" means expand whole subtree up to leaves? Or expand only empty folders (org->netbeans->modules->some_module) and stop recursive processing when non-empty folder is reached. This looks better for me, and hopefully easy to implement.
