Product Version = NetBeans IDE Dev (Build 201306262301)
Operating System = Windows 7 version 6.1 running on amd64
Java; VM; Vendor = 1.7.0_21
Runtime = Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM 23.21-b01

I've upgraded from DEV201306252301 to DEV201306262301, and now I can't use F9 or Run->Compile File. It always throws an exception.

Hello,

are you able to reproduce with a clean user dir (without upgrade)? We generally don't support upgrades between dev versions. If this happens with clean user dir it deserves high priority (still not necessarily P1). 

I am re-assigning to proper component and decreasing the priority,
