[ JDK VERSION : 1.6.22 ]

After uninstalling spellchecker plugins, NetBeans prompts me to restart, but
there are no buttons on the dialog. See attached screenshot.

Ctrl-Shift-F1 can generate the hierarchy of swing components. That might tell us more, otherwise I am not sure what I could do. I see the buttons.
