I installed a module developed and built on my local machine. The dialog at the
end of the process had no Finish and Help buttons as it usually does. When
resizing the dialogs, these buttons flicker in and out of existence.

The newly installed module also does not appear on the installed modules list
until the IDE is restarted.

Procedure to create the issue:

* Start build 201011300001 with a clean user folder.
* Access the plugins manager via Tools | Plugins.
* Select the Downloaded page.
* Click the Add Plugins button and select the nbm from the local drive.
* Follow the wizard to its completion.
* The dialog at the end of the wizard appears as in the attached screenshot.
