As a user creates a new project using JSF 2 and Hibernate Frameworks. The HTML
editor shows errors on the INDEX.xhtml for head tag content is not resolved.

Same here (Build 201011160001).
Does not only affect the auto generated pages but also existing pages (which are correctly displayed in 6.9.1).
h:head and h:body tags are shown as "not allowed".
