Abreviated nodes under 'Libraries' and 'Test
Libraries' nodes should provide full path tooltip.
Applies mainly to jar file node, not sure about
Library node - might work too.

Raising prio. Tooltip should be displayed for all nodes that are under
Libraries and Test Libraries nodes.
