Can't draw a link between Lifeline and Comment on Sequence diagram.

steps:
- create sequence diagram
- put on diagram and name lifeline element
- select 'Link comment' in palette
- click on lifeline
- then click on diagram empty space.
created comment is not linked.

You may also try to link already created comment to lifeline.
- select 'Link comment' in palette
- click on comment symbol.
- then click on lifeline
link is not created

low use case not currently impacting our installed user base.

If comment was connected with lifeline on another diagram (collaboration),
Sequence diagram created using CDFS will show the link.
