build 5.5.1

Steps:
1. create a page fragment
2. add a page separator to the page fragment

It renders as a small square which if you do not resize renders blank.  In 5.5 
it rendered as a long rectangle in a page fragment.

Note: you can resize it.

The J2EE 1.4 Sun Web UI Component library based on JSF 1.1 is now under maintenance mode. Only P1/P2 bugs reported on 
these components will be addressed. All current development efforts are being focused on Java EE 5 Project Woodstock 
component library based on JSF 1.2.
