I like it as a quick way to files issues, although when I file an issue 
using the "enter" link it does not seem to update the exception with the 
issue to the link. So multiple users could file an issue for the same 
exception. The opposite direction works, there is a link in issue to the 
exception.

Hope I did not miss something.

fixed.
when user clicks on the link "enter" state of the issue is changed to
ISSUEZILLA_TRANSFER. While exceptions is in this state, text "in transfer" is
displayed instead of the link.
