From the project tree, the same BPEL project can be dropped into casa graph view
multiple times without warning.

I think this is due to BPEL Project's change of directory structure right before
beta. My understanding is they will revert their change back after beta. 

This is just to track the problem.

Looks like BPEL change is not going to be reverted.

Fixed in release551 branch.

Verified on Windows XP with Hula 070319_3 and JDK 1.5.0_10 that I cannot
drag-and-drop the same BPEL module project into the JBI Module section of the
CASA editor more than once.
