if these keys are not used, please close this issue.

org-netbeans-modules-uml

has a bundle that has a couple of same key names with different values
and that means its not known at runtime which will be used, so is not just
an impact for translated strings.

ring action and dialog for source code projects and files.

Note - there are in various uml bundle files, also same key names with
same values - these are ok as to runtime but maybe could be refactored
to have just one, so that multiple translations are not needed.
