-  connect Derby database/app/Customer

-  right click database/ Customer , it brings up menu list "Create Table, Add
Column etc"

-  right click the subnode for column such as ZIP to bring up the submenu, it
also have "add column"  , I thought I can add column right   after this column,
but not as expected. I think it is not necessary for the column node to have the
"Add Column" . Just make it simple.

DB Explorer UI was changed for NB6.0.  "Add Column" menu item is no longer available on individual DB columns.
