Description:
A limitation in Creator's ability to model external managed beans. That is, 
beans added to managed-beans.xml that are not actually constructed in Creator 
are not instantiated and thus are not available to EL at design time.

This means you can bind to properties of the beans except by hand typing the 
EL.

Evaluation:
- this is slightly different case than another one like this
- this issue should be resolved when we switch our modelling to retouche

Suggested Fix:
Simply instantiate all the non-source beans when the managed-beans.xml is 
sync'd.
