Description:
There have been other bug filed where there was an invalid attempt to localize 
existing Samples.  The problem was that existing Samples have not been 
designed to be 
modified to run in other locales.

This is a request to produce a valid I18n Sample application.
A Customer has provided me a Sample project which can be used.
I will integrate the project into the sampleapps module
