Description:
Testing using 9/19 kit

It's a reasonably common use case to want to apply a style to
multiple selected components.  Right now with VWP it's not
possible to do this without unsetting the current style.  
This losing absolute positioning information.  What is needed
is a style editor that allows incremental changes and enhancement
of the property window to support the "..." property dialog
even when component attributes like position vary.
