1. Create project.
2. Right-click default package, select New --> File/Folder.
3. Choose XML --> Sample schemas.
Result:
- descriptions of purchaseOrder and loanApplication schema (see below) are not
similar. It may confuse user. 

Descriptions:
"Creates the LoanApplication.xsd schema document that can be used with the
visual XML tools." 
"Creates a purchase order schema, po.xsd."

This is no longer the case. AFAIK, this was fixed in 6.1.
