With the introduction of WSIT into entpack, there will be two security tabs in
the web service attribute editor. Since the AM with not be integrated to work
with the WSIT runtime during the Gavotte timeframe, we will work on making sure
the two security tabs can co-exist, i.e. users can only enable either AM or WSIT
security at a time.
