In NB 5.5 prefixes are first class citizens in WSDL editor and ashamed citizens
in XSD and BPEL editors.

From a certain perspectices XML prefixes may be seen as necessary wiring of the
system model and unnecessary from the user model. However, their presence in
user model may be leveraged to denote namespace - as in labels of the WSDL editor.

Alignment should span the tree/columns editors (labels, property sheets),
customizers (choosers), visual editors, Navigator and Add Import dialogs.
