reproducible with 061213

steps:
1. create activity diagram
2. add partition
3. add column
4. name column and press enter
background remains dark blue (not a regression)
5. invoke edit mode on the column again and press enter
background remains dark blue (regression)

workaround: click in free area or Escape key (but you will lose selection of
partition element you may want to continue work with.

this issue exists in jse 8.1 so it's not regression.
