From Sun internal bug #6497001:

1. Select several nodes in GlassFish->Resources->JDBC->JDBC Resources (or 
Connection Pools).
2. Rightclick and select Delete.

Result: Not all nodes disappear.

this is related to issue 56987.

what is the current status of this issue?

This issue may apply to the v3 plugin or it may not.... if it is v2 plugin only, lower it to p5 otherwise raise to p2...
we should be be able to fix this for 7.0...
