reproducible with 061123_1

steps:
1. create uml project
2. create diagram and add several elements
3. close the diagram by cross or context
no prompt to save diagram appears
it may lead to data loss if user remove something occasionally or modified on
"good" diagram and do not want to store dirty one.

options UML|Prompt to Save Diagram has no effect

Adjusted the preference name. Works properly now.

option works now
