Merge the user interface as well as the implementation classes of the two
project types used by NetBeans and Visual Web Pack. Provide a combined UI that
would allow using web projects in both visual and non-visual way.

I think the current state corresponds to this issue. We have one new Web
Application project wizard, we use the same project etc. So it can be closed as
FIXED.
