after issue 80603 is fixed, new issue became visible:
selected node in Filter dialog is highlighted with dark-blue, which makes it's
name (written in black) not easy to read.

just a note - this is a windows bug. The tree looks fine in Mac L&F.

set the text color to the appropriate selection color. Note that these differ across L&Fs. In addition to the 
dialog mentioned in this IZ, JFilterDialog, I also modified CustomizeDlg and MethodsSelectionDialog.

verified in ide-coco-061116_7-ml.
this issue is fixed, but new issue 89535 is filed.
