On Windows Vista, AntiAliasing cannot be switched off.

Steps to reproduce:
-------------------
1) Open a j2se project and a java file from it
2) Invoke Tools|Options|Advanced|Editor
3) Switch AA off

This is result of fixing issue 58864. On 1.6 the desktop settings are always used.
I'm will possibly make the checkbox disabled on 1.6 so that the people do not
attempt to change the value.

This bug was reported against NetBeans IDE 6.0 or an older release, or against a non-maintained module.
