-the labels aren't from bundle on the Select Platform pane of New Project wizard

that's strange. Although there is translated name in bundle
LAB_SelectPlatform=\u3068\u7caeJot\u7caeSelect Platform\u7ca4\u308d it still
displays only English on the pane (just like in attachment)

Labels from the panel itself are with I18N format.
