reproducible with 061106_9

There is no "Edit|Set Dimensions.." for all elements on  sequence diagram

Lifelines now have Set Dimensions action.

there are lifelines, actors, comments, combined fragments elements on sequence
diagram valid for resize action.

It works for all "two-dimensional" elements.
