Install NB 5.5 + VWP. From now on, every time you create a plain NB web project,
Java project, whatever, a lib/complibs folder is created. This should not happen
for non-VWP projects.

And if you remove them, they will be re-created the next time you start NetBeans
5.5. The only workaround - if you don't want to uninstall the VWP - is to mark
these directories as "ignored" with your source repository.

Yes, a serious problem. This has been fixed in the VWP trunk and will be
available in the next version of the VWP.
