5.5 RC2

To reproduce:
  - Right-cilck components in Form Editor
  - Select context menu "Change Varialbe Name"
  - The displayed dialog title is "Rename"

It's better to have same UI message (Change Variable Name) in both context-manu
and dialog titol.

IMHO this is not a DEFECT, but an ENHANCEMENT, as the feature works (when focusing on the content of this single issue),
but the dialog title is misleading.

Reproducible in NB6.1 20080429 (dev)
