Now (200610131533) I see every second another list of available machines (see
attachment - I toke them both in 5 seconds)

Is it possible you login to test4u during its restart? 
During starting of main server there are registered test servers - it depends on
network speed but all servers can be registered in 30 seconds after start of
main server.

Eman, I logged off and on once again and this machines tribling continues (under
the "perfteam" user).
