reproducible with 060927

steps:
1. open design center
2. expand EJB2.0 project
3. try popup on some dioagram's node (you can select node befor this step)
there is no selection after invocation
4. try Open|Diagram
nothin happens or disable
the same for create new/delete elemnet etc

Fixed to retain the node selection previously made on the tree when swiching the
focus.
