BluePrint4 sample contains unrecognized sequence (&apos; equivalent to ') in
OnAlarm branch of Event_Based_Decision pick activity. Validator shows an error,
mapper shows nothing etc. At the same time the project can be successfully
compiled and deployed.

Modified BluePrint4 sample (POService.bpel) to remove "&apos;" reference.

Changed to:
<for>'P0Y0DT100S'</for>
