Remove the live roundtrip behavior and replace with Source to Model reverse
engineering and batch updating, and Model to Source source code generation to
external folder.

First set of updates being merged into release55 branch. This disables the live
roundtrip mode, adds a reverse engineer action on Java project nodes, batch
updates to model only, and export sources from model to external folder.

UPDATE: Most all features have been integrated and are being QA'ed now.

The majority of this work is implemented for the beta release. Additional work
should be tracked as new issues (defects and enhancements).
