Seen on Windows XP with NB Build 200609120000:

1. Start the WSDL Wizard.
2. In Name and Location pane, tab through all the fields and then through the
buttons.

==> The Next> button always appears selected, even when Cancel and Help are
selected.

Clarification: the Next> button is no longer selected when the Browse, Back, or
Finish buttons are selected. However, it appears to still be selected when the
Cancel or Help buttons are selected.

Never mind. This seems to be consistent with the Java Look & Feel Guidelines,
and how much of the rest of NB works.
