user can change colors on any element one by one in context elemnt, but if he
want to change colors for all classes (for example) user should 1-open
options,2-go to advanced options,3-find uml option for colors,4-invoke global
setting vzard,5-find elemnt type in wizard,6-make changes,7-apply
changes,8-close wizard/options
It's much easier if user will be able to set global options by just selection of
'global' chakbox in all color/font wizard he can access in elemnt context menu.
