I meant Enterprise application. Works for me, I'm able to select classes/methods from both web and ejb subprojects. Please attach messages.log to check whether there are any exceptions related to this problem. The only message in log (except starting of ide) is: Failed to initalize plugin: org.jboss.logging.Log4jLoggerPlugin@3c447d I tried it all again - remove userdir, start ide, register jboss, open projects, select profiling task, select code fragment and it doesn't work. All used software I had installed today. Created attachment 33576 [details]
