Steps to reproduce:
0. In profiled IDE there should be:
  a) registered GlassFish instance
  b) created Java EE 5 EJB module
  c) project should be closed (classpath is scanned) when starting profiling
session 
1. In profiling IDE open project j2ee/metadata from NetBeans release55 branch
2. In project view right-click project and select Profile Project
3. Choose Analyze Performance -> Part of Application and select any method from
NNMDRListener
4. Press Run
5. In profiled IDE open recent EJB project from step 0
6. After while there is deadlock
