The deadlock is definitely not in my code. Passing issue to jelly, where seems to be a problem according to attached thread dump. Jemmy does UI sensitive operations in dispatch thread. The deadlock happened when Jemmy installs its own EventQueue. So far, I haven't found anything wrong in jemmy code. Is it random or regular? Could you provide steps to reproduce, platform and JDK? Have you looked to the threads dump? Yes, it's random. The cause of the deadlock is jemmy. I filed issue 6472252 to bugtraq. Fell free to provide more information there. Still I don't know JDK version and OS version. I only had to guess :-(( Issue 6472252 has been marked as duplicate of issue 4943231 in bugtraq.
