When switching between applications in the Xgl window system, netbeans (and of
all my applications only netbeans) upon receiving the focus by the window
manager doesn't really have the focus.
The netbeans window is indeed highlighted, and the last used TopComponent is
also highlighted, but using keyboard shortcuts has no effect. The same applies
for the arrow keys, and other keys that should have some effect on whatever
TopComponent is selected in NetBeans.
