Steps to reproduce:
- Install Netbeans 5.5
- Install some Pack (for ex. Mobility Pack)
- Install Enterprise Pack.
- Install some Pack (for ex. Profiler Pack)
- Uninstall Enterprise Pack.
- Notice that Profiler Pack was removed from NB clusters after uninstall 
Enterprise Pack.
