Installer should create installation directories for IDE and AppServer only 
after the Install button pressed. 
If I am not mistaken we really have FramePreInstall so we can put this 
functionality into it. For the present moment these directories are creating/
deleting during walking through the installer panels (IDE and AppServer 
locations) and it is not a good thing really.. 
Simple problems should have simple solution.
