We need to enhance and add more documentation for the OpenAPIs and to continue
to add to Jesse's API white paper (http://openide.netbeans.org/).

I'm closing this by virtue of the fact that it is very annoying to have
something assigned to you which can by its definition never be closed. Not
forgetting about API documentation or anything. :-)
